Official Giveaway Rules:
BINDING AGREEMENT: By participating in this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these rules (“Official Rules”).
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE GIVEAWAY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY:  To be eligible for the Giveaway, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, officials, and members of their immediate families residing at the same address are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. All federal, state, local, and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway starts Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. MT and ends on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Winners will be announced Monday, August 17, 2026, before 11:59 p.m. MT. Collegiate Peaks Bank's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. 
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible entrants can enter by commenting on the official Giveaway post on Collegiate Peaks Bank's Facebook or Instagram page during the Entry Period. To enter, participants must comment with the name of one person they would like to bring with them to Smalltown Gathering. Entries must be received at or before the end of the entry period. 
Tagging another user in your comment does not enter that individual into the Giveaway. Each participant must submit their own eligible entry to be entered.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES: Are not allowed through the period of the giveaway. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: Participants can enter by mailing the Sponsor at the address listed above. Include in the request your email address, your telephone number, your full name and your desire to enter the giveaway. The alternative form of entry must be received during and before the end of the entry period listed above.
GIVEAWAY PRIZE & RETAIL VALUE: Five (5) winners will each receive two (2) General Admission tickets to Smalltown Gathering, taking place September 25–27, 2026, in Salida, Colorado. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $318 per prize package (2 tickets at $159 each).
Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) Smalltown After Dark (Late Night) passes. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $40 per prize package (2 passes with a combined value ranging from approximately $20–$40).
No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The right to receive a prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
SELECTION OF WINNER: Sponsor will randomly select seven (7) winners from among all eligible entries received on or shortly after the end of the entry period. 
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Winners will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message (depending on the platform used to enter) on or shortly after Monday, August 17, 2026. Winners will also be published to the sponsor's Facebook and Instagram on Monday, August 17, 2026. 
Any potential winner who cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the end of the entry period will forfeit his or her prize.  If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept their prize, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winners will be contacted by Collegiate Peaks Bank and must provide their full name and a valid email address to claim their prize. Winner information will be shared with the event organizer solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided approximately two (2) weeks prior to Smalltown Gathering.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Each Prize Winner consents to permit the Sponsor to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible participants in the drawing. 
LIABILITY AND TECHNICAL ISSUES: Sponsor is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, claim, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize. By participating, entrants and Prize Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any such liability. Sponsor is also not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or failed entries, or for any technical, hardware, software, network, internet, telephone, email, virus, or other system-related malfunctions that may affect participation in or administration of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information resulting from tampering, hacking, technical failures, or human error. If Sponsor determines that tampering, hacking, fraud, or any other event beyond its reasonable control has compromised the integrity, security, or fairness of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any responsible participant and to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor may select Prize Winners from eligible entries received prior to the interruption. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical, printing, or administrative errors in any Giveaway materials or Prize announcements.
LIST OF WINNERS: For a listing of Giveaway Winner(s) or a set of these Official Rules, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor’s address listed above. 
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND GIVEAWAY:  If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. In such event, no prizes will be awarded. 
TAX OBLIGATIONS: The Sponsor will report all Prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Giveaway prize may be tax reportable. Consult your tax advisor. 
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state in which the promotion is offered, without regard to choice of law rules.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Entrants certify their entry is original and that they are the sole owner with full rights to submit it. They agree not to infringe on any third-party rights or violate applicable laws. By entering, participants confirm ownership of all entry components. Any infringement, misuse, or plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes.
PRIVACY NOTICE: By participating in this Giveaway, you agree that we can collect your personal information, and that if we cannot collect the required data, you may not be eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Any personal information collected during the course of the competition by the Sponsor will only be used for administering this Giveaway and for other purposes as outlined in these Rules and will be subject to the practices described in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
