Protect Yourself from Fraudulent Calls and Messages

Stay Alert: Bank Impersonation Scams Are on the Rise with the recent ISO 20022 rollout, fraudsters are increasingly using spoofed phone numbers and phishing tactics to trick individuals into revealing sensitive account information. Remember: Collegiate Peaks Bank will never call or text you asking for:

  • Your full account number
  • Your full debit card number
  • Online banking credentials
  • Personal identification information

If you receive a suspicious call or message requesting this information, do not respond. Hang up or ignore the message, and immediately contact us using the phone number you have on file or one you verify independently. We’re committed to protecting your information.
