Financing Overland Crossing in Laramie County

Collegiate Peaks Bank is proud to provide $7.4 million in financing to HT Land Partners for River at Overland Crossing, a new residential community in rural Larimer County. Located west of Berthoud, the 242-acre development will feature estate and equestrian lots, mountain views and a thoughtfully designed approach to creating a place residents can call home.

For Collegiate Peaks Bank's Senior Vice President Meghana Bhatnagar, who identified the opportunity and is serving the client, the project is another example of what relationship banking can accomplish. As HT Land Managing Partner Alex Hoime shared in the article, Collegiate Peaks Bank worked with the development team to tailor the financing structure to the specific needs of the project—helping it move from years of planning and agency approvals into construction.
