Collegiate Peaks Bank Expands into Boulder

Collegiate Peaks Bank is growing again, this time in Boulder County. We recently opened a new loan production office at 2995 Wilderness Place in Boulder, giving our team a home base as we build relationships and get to know the needs of businesses and customers throughout the market. The new office is an important first step toward our plans for a future full-service retail location in Boulder.

Leading the Boulder team is Regional President Troy Blessing, a Boulder-area native, joined by longtime Boulder County resident and 20-year Boulder banker Liles Lipe, senior vice president and commercial lender, and Julie Duran, commercial portfolio manager. Together, they bring deep local knowledge and experience—and the relationship-driven, high-touch approach to banking that defines Collegiate Peaks Bank.

More than opening an office, we’re looking forward to becoming part of the Boulder community. That means getting to know our neighbors, supporting local organizations and building lasting relationships with the people and businesses we serve. It’s an approach that has helped us grow throughout Colorado, and we’re excited to bring it to Boulder County.
