"Over the years, I've had countless bank accounts and endless experiences. Most were forgettable, and a few were frustrating or downright terrible.

Your team, however, has been an amazing surprise. In most bank lobbies, you encounter the perfunctory corporate smile and rote phrases like, "How can I help you?" We've all been there. But your group stands out as genuinely kind and eager to help.

In particular, I want to praise a few individuals (though I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone at your bank).

Knowing she’s on the other end is so reassuring—she makes online banking simple and, believe it or not, pleasurable. She’s a true asset, and if I had a customer service opening, I’d hire her in a heartbeat.

Amy Criswell in Salida I’ve had some complicated transactions with her, but I’ve never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Amy takes the time to know me as a person, and her patience is unmatched. I’ve also observed her interactions with her team, and she is a consummate professional and a thoughtful leader.

A Team Member in Salida (Apologies for Not Knowing Her Name) She sits at the far-right desk near the tellers. I believe she’s originally from Hungary? Like the others, she’s friendly, eager to help, and always makes me feel like I’m the only customer that matters.

I’m not sure if these experiences stem from your management, corporate culture, training, or a combination of all three, but well done. If every bank treated customers this way, the industry as a whole would be elevated.
